Your name and contact details are associated with the restaurant account you manage and are visible to other users within your own restaurant account only.

EbisuIQ does not sell your personal information to any third party, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Processors

We rely on the following third parties to deliver the Service:

  • Base44 — our hosting and authentication platform. Base44 stores user accounts, manages authentication and sign-in, and hosts the application infrastructure.
  • OpenAI — our AI processor. OpenAI is used to process invoice content and voice-order content that you submit, and to power the AI assistant. Uploaded content is sent to OpenAI only to fulfill your own request (for example, to read an invoice or answer a question), not for third-party model training on EbisuIQ's behalf.

5. Data Security

Access to business data within EbisuIQ is isolated by restaurant using row-level security (RLS), so that users of one restaurant cannot view the data of another restaurant. Personal account information is protected through the Base44 authentication platform.

6. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you and to request access to it, and the right to request deletion of your personal information.
