EbisuIQ is an AI-powered purchasing intelligence platform for restaurant businesses. The Service includes invoice scanning and data extraction, purchasing history and spend analysis, vendor and product management, and an AI assistant that provides recommendations and insights based on the purchasing data you provide.
The Service is intended for restaurant and food-service businesses. You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your business information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, the Service by any third party. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access data belonging to other restaurants, upload content you do not have the right to process, or interfere with the Platform's operation or security.
The EbisuIQ software, Platform, AI models, algorithms, interface, and all related intellectual property are owned by EbisuIQ and its licensors. Your business data remains yours, as described in our Data Policy. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business operations during the time your account is active.
EbisuIQ is currently offered during an early-access pilot period. Detailed billing, subscription, and refund terms will be published when paid plans are introduced. No payment is required to use the Service at this time, and no billing relationship arises from these Terms until a separate subscription agreement is presented and accepted.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EbisuIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. AI-generated insights and recommendations are informational only and do not constitute professional or purchasing advice; you are responsible for verifying all data before relying on it.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. EbisuIQ may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
EbisuIQ may introduce additional account types or services (for example, Enterprise, Distributor, Marketplace, or API access) in the future under supplemental terms. Nothing in these Terms implies that such services exist today; any such offering will be governed by its own terms when made available.
